Madcap Studios, creators of Digital Comics for the iOS, made a series of announcements today:
First, their automated iPhone comic book app “Digital Comics” received a major update featuring a stunning new iPad-native user interface, as well as general user interface improvements, and bug fixes. For a full list of changes visit:
http://www.digitalcomicsapp.com/#!getitSecond, all iPhone 4s and iPads now feature higher resolution comics at a higher color depth, resulting in a much improved experience on devices that are able to take advantage of it.
Finally, Madcap Studios announced that Aspen Comics are on board and will be working to bring their comics, including titles such as Fathom, Soulfire, and Shrugged, to Digital Comics shortly.
