This is from Archie Comics site – looks like they are making moves on their digital commitment. I’ve found that, in the UK at least, Archie don’t feature as much – perhaps this is a good way for them to reach out to new markets.
Archie Comics is thrilled announce that Graphic.ly will be offering Archie digital comics on the same day the physical books are released!
Archie continues to lead the comics industry in embracing the digital medium, as well as making it easier than ever for our fans to get their favorite Archie comics.
Starting in April, Archie Comics will be making its 6 core titles (Archie, Archie and Friends, Betty, Veronica, Betty and Veronica and Jughead)Â available day-and-date through Graphic.ly.
As with the previously announced plans to make Archie comics available day-and-date through the Archie Comics app, the Archie digital titles at Graphic.ly will be priced at an amazing $1.99.
