Review: New Crusaders #1

I remember reading these heroes when DC had hold of them – I think I’ve still got my copies of the Jaguar, The Shield, The Web and the Hood somewhere.

And now we get a kind-of reboot. The old generation are in play, but in #1 we see that handover begin to the new kids on the block.

I’ve read this with my daughter and she loved it – big action and suspense. Her first question was – when is the next one out!

It starts off a little slow, but works well as a first stop introduction to the characters – then we get the bad guy and it all goes to hell.

This is a good read for new readers and fans of the original!
