A suitably dark and action packed cover of Dredd this week!
Prog 1845 kicks us off with a new Judge Dredd story – Bender – with a Judge who has been out of action for a while teams up with a new partner This new partner seems a little aggressive and we get a look at that – hopefully this will be different to some of the other crooked Judges we have seen!
In Defoe – The Damned – we get a look at what Defoe is doing for his side of the bargain. There’s a nice twist and the ending leads to something else (and somewhere) Defoe’s character gets some more to him in this issue!
Slaine starts his time through time in The Book of Scars – this time The Bride of Crom. There’s some excellent reading here, and the art for the warping out is excellent – welcome back Slaine!
Age of the Wolf: Wolfworld gives a look at the other survivors and how the Grey Witch is among them. The use of runes over science is excellent, and we get an excellent piece from the Grey Witch and something to look forward to next issue!
Moving away from the human-god and with the others in this issue of the Ten-Seconders we get a look at the rest of the team! The final panel throws a bit of a monkey in the works for the plans of the others and looks to be a factor in the future. Very well done!
