Tasked with a very special delivery by Dracula, Deadpool’s first challenge is to pick up the package…which is sealed within a secret tomb and protected by deadly teleporting warriors! And the journey is just going to get harder from there…Deadpool’s very first Infinite series continues!
The second installment of Deadpool’s infinite comic continues, with Dracula explaining to Deadpool the deal for which he requires him. There is still a wacky combination of humour and action in this episode, with teleportation being handled very well using the infinite comic technique! Yes, there was a sly dig at print comics, but please don’t take it seriously – I don’t think Deadpool is the comic to read for social commentary on reading comics in different formats.
The art is excellent, with the different vampires and some nice action scenes – combined with the classic Deadpool storytelling. There aren’t as many ‘little yellow boxes’ but that works well as they can be a bit too much. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s in the box – is it alive or dead!?
