Reviews: Red Agent & Satan’s Hollow

Reviews of this weeks digital comics available from Zenescope Entertainment

The penultimate issue brings us straight into the investigation of Alphas’ location. We get some good secret agent stuff with hackers, a ‘Q’ moment and jumping out of a plane with a civilian at night!
We get an interesting twist as Red Agent and her team are trying to infiltrate the base, and this addition to the scene may cause problems! The twist is a good idea – one of those you should have expected, but still slots into place nicely!
We find out what is at cost, and that leads us nicely into the final issue!

“Hell comics to a small town” is a tried and tested trope but it all slots well into place here as the towns folk investigate the Hollow – which, as you can imagine, is not a nice place to go! The buildup is pretty tense with demonic commentary behind it all. As we flit from place to place we get a good idea where this all going. The art is of a rougher style for Zenescope, but I think it fits the tone of the story nicely.
