The final part of this arc seems to take our junkie twisted cop down a darker path as he brings others into the Black Hood Scheme. Everytime it seems to get on track things go downhill as the Black Hood makes his escape from the Crusaders and the fightback. It’s typically dark in this issue and things look to get dark too. That suits this story so well and I remember the Black Hood of old and hope that it stays as gritty as this!
