Reviews: Grimm Tales Of Terror & Wonderland

Reviews of this weeks digital comics from Zenescope Entertainment

Grimm Tales Of Terror #7 continues the twist of giving us a story where we think we know where it’s going….but then it twists you round. There are many options here, but this was a good one, We get introduced to the main characters very quickly and start to connect with them, and then they move us on! The art and styles here are really well done, and this is a good issue – although I must say I am a big fan of this series – and next week is the Zenescope version of the Monkey Paw story!

In Wonderland #47 as we move to the end, we get the appearance of two of Wonderland’s characters in a really Grimm way. This issue moves on nicely from the previous issue and allows an opportunity for the mother and daughter team to bond. Tweedledum and Tweedledee make a horrific team and their plans and schemes are suitably horrible for this series. There is a good comment of the disjointed lead up to here, and it is dealt with nicely!
