Things don’t look good all round for the mutants and their human allies, there are things to get worked out (Raph especially) and they do, we get a way forward and the turtles work it out – even if that means a little trust.
There are some excellent scenes here – Raph in the elevator was excellent, and April gets some time to shine.
By the end of the issue the TMNT get things worked out, and it looks like there is a way forward, but is it too late as the big guns come out?
Leo seems to be battling his subconscious in the back up story, with a cameo by the Rat King and a dragon(!) – it’s moving forward well though!
