Review: Doctor Aphra #3

This was a highly entertaining and interesting issue. We get the fallout of the rebel attack on the Death Star at Yavin IV. The Empire are mopping up after the destruction of the Death Star and that’s just where the two Aphras’ turn up with the two murder droids and the wookie bounty hunter.

Aphra has a plan to get her and her Dad into one of the temples and it showcases how formidable Krrstantan is with him taking on a while squad of stormtroopers and a AT-ST (although he does have a little help from the locals!)

Triple Zero and BeeTee get a bit too do, but no murdering (at the moment) Triple Zero’s reaction to other droids is well done and he even has a fanboy moment!

Aphra and her father really have some moments, and he is really well told as a driven academic!

I like the reference to Rogue One too!

I really enjoyed the art style in this – it conveyed some really good action scenes, as well as the more emotional moments between Aphra and her father!
