This is an issue full of ups and downs. From both sides. There are the ups as there seems to be a win against the new ‘gods’ and their kind, meanwhile there are also some downs – these are in the way of flashbacks – to before the attack from the ‘gods’ and to before the attack on the gods. There is also the fallout of the last issue, with the attacks on the base and on the gods. The gods on the other hand, seem to have their own plans for the humans and their fightback is now. Things don’t go well, but there is also the speedster at the beginning of the issue – what part does he have to play, and what does he remember?
This had a lot of big action scenes, although some was only hinted at.
We’re getting close to the big end-game!
