Review: To The Death – Episode 17

The Leash

Asphodel unleashed! It’s the beginning and middle of the end.

The penultimate issue!

Snow’s journal takes a somber note in this issue as things don’t look good for the two squads assaulting the weapon – and by association Planet Earth!

There’s a lot going on here as the attack on the planet destroying weapon continues. Dryagin shows why he is the leader of the squad when he works out the way of dealing with the drone-type aliens. It’s a clever way of getting around it.

We also discover the nature of Killatoa – and it adds to the Alien mythos with really good scene! I really enjoyed the fight scene and the ending – not what I expected!

The action scenes are really well laid out and drawn, with some really good points of movement!

The final episode has all the cards set against it, and I can’t wait!
