Reviews: Flash & Hellblazer

Flash #17 & Hellblazer #7

My thoughts on two of this weeks digital comics, from DC Comics

Concluding this arc with The Rogues, Flash works out his relationship with the Rogues (as they do with him) and there is some real soul searching from Captain Cold (although it doesn’t take long) the addition of the Black Ice gun adds something to the Rogues, and I wonder if the rest of them can get these sort of upgrades to their powers as Flash seems to be able negate them all well.
Kid flash looks to be causing problems for the future with his research into his father and where he is being kept!
The ending is very interesting and looks to be resetting the Rogues and their roles in the city!
I like this issue as it makes the current status quo very interesting!

John and Mercury are in Paris and it looks as though John has a plan to deal with the Djinn. John tells us some of the story though and it looks as though this help isn’t the nicest person, but saying that, nor is John! This story has a parallel story too, as John and Mercury aren’t the only people going to the house as well. There’s a lot of action going on here, and I like the art and some of the establishing scenes are really well done – especially the parts of the flashback we see.
