Reviews: Vampirella & The Spirit

Vampirella #0 & The Spirit in The Corpse-Makers #1

My thoughts on two new digital comics from Dynamite Entertainment

This works well as a prologue to this new Vampirella series. I’ve never read any of them before, but I know of the character. I’m interesting to see where this is going, where it ends and just…where. The art and the telling were all very interesting and I hope will makes sense when the series starts properly for issue #1. I like the art and the colouring was very well done!

The Spirit returns and it jumps us right in with a dead body. It looks like nothing to the police, but we know that it’s something more. It it a fun read with some classic good humour between all the heroes of this series. I love the art and the style of the art and look forward to seeing more!
