My thoughts on two DC digital comics out this week!
The search for the Reverse Flash starts here in earnest! This has been building up for a while as the Flash has been dealing with The Rogues, Kid Flash has been looking for his father. He isn’t in Iron Heights and seems to be a guest of Amanda Waller! The investigation starts well, with an interesting confrontation between The Flash and Waller! This leads them to Captain Boomerang, who seems to have gone back home. The confrontation is interesting, and helps showcase his skills for new readers!
The issue ends with a nice diversion for the two, and a nice hook for next issue!
We get some explanations from Olive – kind of! This is a very dark issue, with Olive’s friends not fully understanding what is going on. Olive is only beginning to understand herself. She discovers more about her family and there is a sense of betrayal for her, which is understandable, but not quite right – it looks like there will be problems for next issue as it all goes up in flames!
