Following Sparrow’s murder, Marcus learns that he is the target of an FBI investigation. In order to throw them off his trail, he is forced to make a decision that will destroy either his business or the US military. Meanwhile, as Marcus struggles to contain the fallout, the powers aligning against him begin their final push to bring him down.

We also begin this issue with a look at the speeder who has his own problems. It gives us an interesting understanding as to what it’s like having super speed, and what it can do to you.
Marcus is still trying to get onto things, and an interigation of Russell is very interesting, as is his reponse to the information he gets. We get a nice look at the Arkkham Asylum analogue – check out the background characters!
Marcus is his crafty self in this issue, manipulating those around him for his own needs. The build up to the reveal is very interesting, and I wonder how much Marcus knows about it all….
