Some thoughts on this weeks 2000 AD – Prog 2141
A foreboding cover by Chris Weston!
JUDGE DREDD: CONTROL by Rob Williams (w) Chris Weston (a) Chris Blythe (c) Annie Parkhouse (l) Serial killer SJS Judge Pin returns and it looks like she and Dredd have each other in their cross hairs. This looks to be interesting to see who gets to who first! INDIGO PRIME: FALL OF THE HOUSE OF VISTA by Kek-W (w) Lee Carter (a) Ellie De Ville (l) We get an enjoyable look at board-level in this issue, there’s some fun dialog, and then we’re back to the rest, in an interesting mix! ANDERSON, PSI-DIVISION: MARTYRS by Emma Beeby (w) Aneke (a) Barbara Nosenzo (c) Simon Bowland (l) Anderson is in, but where? Meanwhile there’s a nice twist with Karyn – I like the way this is all being set up! ABSALOM: TERMINAL DIAGNOSIS by Gordon Rennie (w) Tiernen Trevallion (a) Ellie De Ville (l) More betrayals here – it looks like things are more against Harry than he knows! Things look bleak for him as the team are pretty much all gone! Does he have a plan though? THISTLEBONE by TC Eglington (w) Simon Davis (a) Annie Parkhouse (l) The locals are getting restless here, and things seem to be escalating. It seems things are a little realer than we thought. And someone is behind all of this!
