Balancing Act #1 is the first issue of a planned 4-issue superhero buddy comedy miniseries.
Balancing Act is a planned 4-issue comic miniseries that emulates the buddy comedy films of the 80s and 90s. You remember, the kind that used to see a hapless civilian and a maverick cop put aside their personal differences and team up to solve a crime that’s personal to them both. Except in this story, they also end up getting superpowers!
Balancing Act #1, which is being funded here, is the first issue in the miniseries. It’s a 24-page, full colour comic and the printed edition will be standard American comic sized (yes, even though it’s a British comic).
