JUDGE DREDD: CHIMPSKY’S LAW by Kenneth Niemand (w) PJ Holden (a) Quinton Winter (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
Chimpsky has a plan. There are a lot of variables in this one, but it all seems to be working out. There is still Dredd to deal with though, and I like the commentary as it runs on.
SURVIVAL GEEKS: CRISIS OF INFINITE NERDS by Emma Beeby, Gordon Rennie (w) Neil Googe (a) Gary Caldwell (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)
It looks like we’re getting the final part of this story. We find out what the whole thing is based on, with some more geek references!
FUTURE SHOCK: SCAVENGERS by Rory McConville (w) Andrea Mutti (a) Simon Bowland (l)
A very dark Future Shocks story, and the twist is well executed. I like the art style as well, it fits the story.
AQUILA: THE BURNING FIELDS by Gordon Rennie (w) Patrick Goddard (a) Pippa Bowland (c) Jim Campbell (l)
Down in the bowels of Hades, and we get more to cause problems for Aquila. There is some good news though, he’s got his eyes back and there are some new bodies going round.
HERSHEY: DISEASE by Rob Williams (w) Simon Fraser (c) Simon Bowland (l)
The payback starts here, and Hershey seems to have a plan…well part of a plan. She’s back in the game though and her head seems to be sorted out. I like the ending to this issue!
