About iVerse Comics
iVerse Comics is a digital comic company that produces digital long form comic books for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
iVerse is looking to partner with established creators and new talent to produce original content for the iVerse format. Comics are a fantastic medium with a rich history, and we believe that digital comics on the iPhone/iPod Touch are the next step in the evolution of the medium.
Will digital comics ever completely replace traditional print comics?
We sure hope not, but we think digital comics can stand side by side with print comics. Each offer a unique experience that can’t totally be duplicated by the other. With digital comics we can keep prices down, reduce the lead time from production to distribution, and gain access to almost 10 Million iPhone/iPod Touch users by putting the comic book store in their pocket.
Hopefully, a few of them will like what they see, and not only buy digital comics on their mobile devices, but also head into their local comic book store and see what else is going on.
Comics + Kids is coming soon from iVerse Media! This new application will feature a variety of kid friendely digital comics from publishers like Archie Comics, Ape Entertainment, IDW Publishing, and many, many more!
