After some teasers – Uproar Comics have finally made live the DEC – Digital Experience Comic! – This looks great, and the app is coming soon!

The D.E.C (Digital Experience Comic) is a new interactive comic app that combines 2d and 3d animation, audio, unlockable content and more to deliver the newest user experience for the reading of comics on tablet platforms.

Produced by Northern Irish based Uproar Comics, our goal is to produce comics that push the experience of digital comics into new and very exciting territory that maximises the capabilities of the digital platform.

The first release available in Apri contains the main story “Not Dead Yet” (which started life as the indie small press black and white paperback “Zombies Hi”) and 7 additional unlockable tales delivered in a variety of forms. As you progress through the main story arc you will meet characters and unlock their character bios, find out their back stories and how they survived the initial outbreak, gather newspaper articles to discover what happened during those weeks no one talks about!

Figure out cryptic clues to discover the secret locations of the Hidden Content! Explore the “Geek Room” to discover even more content like the “Music Rack”!! Not wanting to reveal all our secrets we’ll leave it at that!
