Maniac for hire, who causes more problems than he solves.

No Comics for Old Men
Max Normal // No Comics for Old Men
(Part: 1)

Mega-City One, 2136 AD. MAX NORMAL was once Dredd’s go-to informer, the Pinstripe Freak who had his ear permanently to the slab, the shuggy-playing legend with a taste for shampagne and the high life, who cruised the streets of the metropolis picking up all manner of info. Thirty-five years later, he’s left much of his nark larks behind him, but the city’s coolest cat can still get himself into trouble…

The Visible Man // The Screams in the Walls

UK, 2014. Frank Hart’s car collided with a tanker containing radioactive material, and his skin became transparent, turning him into THE VISIBLE MAN. Refusing to be a guinea pig, he escaped into outer space, but six months ago crashed back on Earth. Held by scientists, who want to know what happened to him up there, and what alien entity may have returned with him, he’s now fled with another test subject, Frances…

The Really Big Christmas Sleep
Low Life // The Really Big Christmas Sleep
(Part: 1)

Mega-City One, 2130 AD. Justice Department has many divisions within it – Tek, Psi-Div, PSU – and for undercover operations there is Wally Squad. So called because Judges have to adopt the bizarre fashions of the citizens to blend in, it’s a dangerous job living on the streets.

The Ghost of Christmas Presents
Judge Dredd // The Ghost of Christmas Presents
(Part: 1)

Mega-City One, 2130 AD. This vast urban nightmare on the east coast of post-apocalyptic North America is home to 400 million citizens, every one a potential criminal. With lawlessness rife, only the Judges can prevent total anarchy. These future lawmen are judge, jury and executioner. Toughest of them all is Judge Dredd – he is the Law!

This massive winter special has just about everything – so here we go…
Dark Justice kicks off with a group of the super rich going off into space – This seems like it’s all going to go horribly wrong! Anderson finds that the Dark Judges are on the loose again, and the build up to Dark Justice starts here!
There’s a new series of Savage! with the war almost one, there are now the factions of the new UK vying for power – where does Savage stand? We all know he will find his own way in all this, but first he’s got to get out of the way of the bombing run!
The Order kicks off a new series with Knights, robots and werewolves! It looks pretty interesting, with the traditional character learning as we do – I’m interested to see where this goes!
The new series of Ulysses Sweet continues with our hero missing his implant – the little chip that is his subconscious – but, he has a plan – he want to get rid of the one he has an get his old one! This happens by first putting a gun to his head…..
Max Normal gives us a look for old comics, and we get some glorious flashbacks for us old school fans of 2000AD – monkeys and everything!
Jaegir continues to build and build. For so long we’ve had the ‘Norts as the bad guys, it’s been interesting to see another side of them. This flashback issue looks like its going to build on something big!
The Visable man gives us a one-shot story which is going to be built on – just so we don’t forget about them. It’s a dark tale with a haunting of types and aliens (of course), but all rounded off nicely!
I like Low Life, so am glad to see the return of Dirty Frank – this is a Christmas tale with an open ending – it looks like Frank will have something in the near future!
