This new series will feature crazier stories in it’s own all-ages continuity that draws inspiration from the hit Nickelodeon cartoon! Featuring backups from some of the finest cartoonists in comics today!
This new series will appeal to the younger TMNT fans with the TV knowledge of the mutants (and people) involved. We get thrown straight into the action as the Turtles, Splinter and Shredder (!) all face off against a new threat which immediately causes problems for the TMNT. There is the usual fair of humour here, and action, with some nice big panels and fight scenes!

A final battle looms as Karai decrees a “Gauntlet” battle between ancient foes Splinter and Shredder but first the Turtles must defeat the Foot mutants– Koya, Bludgeon, Bebop & Rocksteady! With Leo making an unimaginable battle gamble, a second Turtle’s life may be on the line!
As we gear up for the big #50 things come to a head, with all the TMNT and associated acts are all on the board – the stakes are high, as the Turtles and Splinter take on the Foot and Shredder, with action, science, and a big cliffhanger for the next big issue! This has been a blast and reading this issue got me already looking forward to #50 – all TMNT fans need to be on this series!
