John Constantine’s first new adventure comes to a harrowing conclusion when he and Georgiana come face to face with a supernatural serial killer. The conclusion of this vicious mystery will shake the Hellblazer to the very core of his filthy little soul.
This is the end of the first arc of this new series and it really harked back to the Hellblazer of old. One of Constantine’s friends has found herself in trouble and has to rely on John to help her. Of course, things are not that simple or that nice where John is involved and after last issues drowning of sorrows he gets to work in the only way he knows. This was a real Hellblazer ending here, with things getting an ending, but maybe not the one desired by all. John seems suitably sad about this though. I’ve enjoyed this so far, and will be interested in seeing the next arc!
