Review: Serenity: No Power in the ‘Verse #4

The rescue mission seems to be going ahead well with only some minor hitches, but the crew discover what the real plots are and what it will all cost. Mal is not happy with this and he does hold ‘views’. Meanwhile we get the fallout from River’s adventures with her ‘Sisters’ and it looks as though she’s been brainwashed in an upsetting scene for the crew. There are now two problems for the crew and it looks as though they can both be dealt with at the same time (we’ve only got two issues left)
I really enjoyed this issue and the fight scene with River was well crafted and very interesting – I would have like it if had gone on longer!
The story was confusing at first, but seems to have set into it’s stride – I wonder if it will read better in trade?
