Biff returns to Hill Valley, and in this issue we start to get towards events that we recognise in “Back To The Future Part II”. Biff is still a bully and he thinks he can bully his way into town. He wants his house built, and he wants respect, but he realises that he isn’t going the right way about it.
It’s only until Biff gets some help from some shady members of government that things really start going right for him. He takes over the places that people live, learn and then the council, winning, winning and winning. Finally we get to the point in BTTF II that is hinted at – the death of George McFly. Things are going to build up as we get to the point we know!
