Review: Dragonsblood #3 From Zenescope

Some thoughts on the penultimate issue of Dragonsblood from Zenescope Entertainment – out this week in print and digitally!

Sigurd and Freya square off against the fearsome Bloodaxe who seems unbeatable. As their battle rages, the mysterious voice beckoning to Sig becomes louder and louder. Will Sig be able to defeat Bloodaxe and this voice. Or will the two of them prove too great a challenge for the mighty dragon-slayer?

This was a good issue. The fight scene promised in the previous issue was well done, with some nice tricks. It seems we’re getting to the bottom of the mystery voice an power, while Freya seems to have her own tricks up her sleeve.
These aren’t all the answers, and it looks like another big battle towards the end of the series. With the big bad. It was an interesting meet, and the characters also show their annoyance too!
I’m enjoying the art in this series and having a pure fantasy read outside the main GFT Universe is good too!
