Review: 2000 AD – Prog 2199

End Of Days completes here, and more in this weeks issue of 2000 AD from Rebellion.

COVER: PAUL WILLIAMS (A) CHRIS BLYTHE (C)

Judge Dredd: End of Days by Rob Williams (w) Henry Flint (a) Chris Blythe (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)

An interesting finish, which rounds everything off – kind of. I like the way Death/Dredd is dealt with. Anderson has her moment to shine.

The Out by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)

This adds a nice aspect to bounce off, with the humour and the gross. I like the concept though. A good finishing point.

Sinister Dexter: Ghostlands by Dan Abnett (w) Nicolo Assirelli (a) John Charles (c) Simon Bowland (l)

Some justified paranoia here. I like the twist at the end, and this causes more problems. The tease as we build up to it is very good.

Tharg’s 3rillers: Saphir by Kek-W (w) David Roach (a) Peter Doherty (c) Simon Bowland (l)

Finishing off with some flair. I like the general publics reactions here, and the characters are very good. The art is excellent.

The Diaboliks: A Crooked Beat by Gordon Rennie (a) Dom Reardon (a) Jim Campbell (l)

Some problems to come? Nevertheless, I liked this issue and the old 2000 AD reference here.
