Judge Dredd: Desperadlands by Mike Carroll (w) William Simpson (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
An interesting end to the arc. It adds something to the whole Dredd family. I like the decision at the end and the story.
Durham Red: Served Cold by Alec Worley (w) Ben Willsher (a) Jim Campbell (l)
Still no full answers as to the why, but we’re getting the measure of the who. Red is in a bad place and it looks like things will get worse. Plus we’re on the clock now.
Sláine: Dragontamer by Pat Mills (w) Leonardo Manco (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
This is absolutely epic. I’m really enjoying the story and the twists. The art is fantastic.
Proteus Vex: The Shadow Chancellor by Mike Carroll (w) Jake Lynch (a) Jim Boswell (c) Simon Bowland (l)
A bit of history about Vex. And something about the Proteus’s. I like the way this is leading. This is a good story and better than the others.
Hershey: The Brutal by Rob Williams (w) Simon Fraser (a) Simon Bowland (l)
This is getting interesting. I don’t see the end game here, but Frank is good and the boxing is well done too.
