Fund Me Friday: Death Sentence Liberty 1 to 5

478 pages of comics

The hit series about an STD that gives you weird powers & six months to live, by Martin Simmonds, Monty Nero & Mike Dowling.

I’ve been a fan of the Death Sentence series for a long time. And now, here is a chance for you to jump on board this excellent series. You can either get the latest issue or catch up to your heart’s content on Kickstarter now.

Death Sentence is an adult story featuring swearing, drug-taking, sex, violence and it's blackly funny too. Snort your coffee across the room funny. Not for the narrow-minded  - so please don't back this campaign if you are offended by profanity, exploding heads, orgies, bisexuality, threesomes, S&M and irreverent humor.

This full pack Kickstarter campaign allows you to get all three Death Sentence series in one go. There is the original series, Death Sentence, then Death Sentence: London, and finally you can get all the issues of Death Sentence: Liberty.

In this Kickstarter your options are:

  • Death Sentence (Book 1) –  a graphic novel (192 pages)
  • Death Sentence London (Book 2) – a graphic novel (156 pages)
  • Death Sentence Liberty (Book 3) – issues #1 to #5  – individual comics (130 pages)

There are options to break it down depending on what issues, collections you want or need, as well as the option of format – print or digital.

And for those of you who are up to issue five of Death Sentence: Liberty (like me), we get this tease:

The story is wild, dark, and blackly funny.  In the last issue, Jeb tried to escape the mysterious Island but was eaten alive by cannibal sheep, while Verity’s strange art powers led to her being hunted and imprisoned by the F.B.I. What will her captors discover in issue 5? Are they trapped with her or is she trapped with them? What secrets from Verity’s past emerge by the strangely disturbing final page?

The Kickstarter is fully funded, and still has a few days to go. To get on board check out the Kickstarter here.
