From Rebellion is the latest 2000 AD – Prog 2261, out this week.

  • COVER: MARK HARRISON

Judge Dredd: The Musical! by Rob Williams (w) Chris Weston (a) Gary Caldwell (c) Annie Parkhouse (l)

A fun finish to the arc, and a neat cameo from Dredd in his own title. I like that things were left hanging to pick up in the future, and this was a funny arc.

The Out Book 2 by Dan Abnett (w) Mark Harrison (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)

A pretty scary finish here, with a lot of mayhem. I like the means of escape and the way it built up. The next issue will be funny!

Scarlet Traces: Storm Front by Ian Edginton (w) D’Israeli (a) Simon Bowland

A good completion to this arc, and a jump forward in time. I did wonder where it was going to lead next (if at all) but this is a good tease.

Dexter: Lordy Jordy, King of Everything by Dan Abnett (w) Tazio Bettin (a) Matt Soffe (c) Simon Bowland (l)

Turn after turn here, but a good ending. I like the double twists, and think this is a good lead-up. There’s more to come from all of this.
