From Zenescope Entertainment is a new large-sized issue in Grimm Universe Presents: The Black Knight.
Peyton Parks has been struggling to maintain her dueling lives – public defender by day, sword-wielding armored vigilante by night. Drawing her powers from the Age of Camelot, she battles dark forces in the streets while battling for justice in the courtroom. But her worlds are about to collide when she must defend a woman who links to her own dark past.

This is a big issue. And it is worthy of the size. Harking back to the origins of the Black Knight we return to where it all began.
I really enjoyed this issue, it establishes more about the armour and the powers of the Black Knight and establishes a new status quo for Peyton Parks.
In this issue, Peyton is pulled from Pillar to post and tricked by someone from her past, luckily for her, there are other aspects of that past which will aid her.
Camelot is in trouble, and the aid given starts something new. There are some old friends and enemies, and this builds up with some excellent scenes and battles. We have magic, dragons and other hybrid monsters, I like the open endedness of the finish too.
The art is well done, with some exciting scenes and a good combination of open and crowded fights.
This is a new beginning for The Black Knight.
