From the good to the bad.
Just when you are thinking that things could work out, Anjali get put away. This was a good build on her part of the story and there is not only some interesting storytelling here, but the science works out well too – it is an interesting theory here, and I like the way it is told. Even so, Anjali may be onto something, but how to move that in the long run.
Reverend Hays is not having a good one, the twisted faith he has and the way he acts makes him very unlikable. His hypocrisy is well told, and things don’t look good for him.
Finally, we have the end of Jessica’s part of the story. It’s quite horrible, but you can see why it ended up that way.
This continues to show some of the real monsters here, with the humans doing their best to be self-destructive. I like the parts of the story and the way we are brought through. The appearance of the creatures is still really good and this shows some good art as well.
