The year is 2032. The United States has fallen to pieces after a series of social and economic disasters known as the year of the domino. The American government and the heads of most of the big corporations have relocated to Hammarskjold Center on Mars (temporarily of course). The Megacorporation known as The Plex now owns everything, and the humans in the major population centers now live in massive arcologies known as Plexmalls. Into this mess walks Reuben Flagg, newly drafted into the Plex’s peacekeeping force, The Plexus Rangers. Reuben quickly figures out that the gangs are being hypnotized into attacking by subliminals planted in their favorite television program Bob Violence. With a little help from his new friends he preempts Bob Violence, and for the first time in five years the status quo is changed.
