Paradox is a sci-fi comic that follows a young man as he fights to prevent the paradox that created him and is destroying reality.
Paradox is a 28-page, scifi comic by comic artist/writer Phillip Sevy (Tomb Raider, The House). Intercut between multiple time periods, the story follows a boy who is racing to prevent a paradox that creates him but also threatens to destroy reality.
After I finished Tomb Raider I had some time in my schedule of the 2016 holiday break before starting my next project. I wanted to find a story that I could release online, page-a-day for a month. I also wanted to do a project where I got to write, draw, color, and letter (something that I’d never done).
The story for Paradox was one I had been trying to write for years but hadn’t been able to crack the structure and spine of the story. Once I thought about it in a much shorter, limited run, everything fell into place. With some help from the amazing Tim Daniel (Atoll, Fissure, Enormous) for the logo, I was off!
Paradox was released online for free (at paradoxcomic.tumblr.com) over the month of January. I had considered printing the story up after it ran its course online, and after repeated urging and requests from fans of the series, I decided to turn to Kickstarter for funding to publish it physically.

In the Shadows we lie is a mini comic/sketchbook that explores a hidden world of witches, their covens and the laws that govern them.
“In the Shadows we Lie” is a 20 paged mini comic/sketchbook I came up with based on several witch characters I came up with for inktober of 2016. The first half of the book centers on a member of the Fox Fire’s Circle, a coven of witches independent from a much larger society of magic The Coven of the White Queen.
