A full-color graphic novel made up of 4 new monster comics: Jenny the Werecat, Vicky Slime, Punk Teen Demon Queen, & Tarantula Twins.
SPOOKY GIRLS, a new graphic novel from DESTINY NY and AFTERGLOW publisher Space Between Entertainment, has launched on Kickstarter.
Five creators join together to create four brand new spooky characters in this all new, full-color graphic novel. Join Pat Shand (Breathless, Snap Flash Hustle, Marvel’s Avenger novels), Agny Innocente (The Loud House), Taylor Krulicki (Destiny, NY), Mandy Robertson (Star-Crossed), and Angela Oddling (Detached) this Halloween to meet the most terrifying new girls on the block with four original comics.
“Tarantula Twins” is a story about growing pains, billed as “Freaks and Geeks… but with monsters.” “Vicky Slime” is a tale of sci-fi terror and body dysmorphia. “Jenny the Werecat” is a hilarious and heartwarming romp through Halloween night with a girl who transforms into a cat. “Punk Teen Demon Queen” is about a malevolent spirit from hell destined to take over the world who leaves behind her quest when she falls in love with punk rock.
In addition to the graphic novel, Space Between Entertainment is offering merchandise including a bookmark by superstar artist Sara Richard, a set of trading cards designed by indie favorite Sweeney Boo, enamel pins, signed bookplate, exclusive limited-edition spotlight covers, and more.
