Continuing the adventure outside of the main storyline it’s all gone wrong for the turtles – The unknown mutant with her own agenda, April, Baxter Stockman and the government agents outside with a fanatical leader! It’s all quite in depth, with explosions, fights and some reasoning as to why they are in this mess. I really enjoyed this issue and the characterisation of each of the TMNT is very well done – especially Raph and Mikey as they seem to take a back seat.
The art is well done, differentiating the turtles well, and adding in the action and other parts of the plot. Raph finally seems to have snapped and I wonder where this is going to go next….
