IDW’s awesome series – Kill Shakespeare – is nearly ready for its first collection:
Kill Shakespeare #6 is now in stores so go to your local comic book store and purchase the latest in our series! Momentum is growing for the series, and with the first collection just around the corner (released November 9th) we have received acclaim from a wide range of comic book creators, Shakespearean scholars and entertainers. They include:
“Bravo! Kill Shakespeare is a tale woven with the wit, magic and myth, worthy of Will himself.” – Des McAnuff (Artistic Director, The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, creator of Jersey Boys)
“A fantastic concept, cleverly executed with style and smarts. Lots of cool Easter Eggs for the literary-minded, but still plenty entertaining for the rest of us dummies!” – John Layman (Writer of Chew and former literature major)
“Kill Shakespeare is great fun. Fantastic graphics, energy and artwork and a novel and exciting take on killer Shakespearean themes.” – Michael Hirst (Writer and Creator of The Tudors, Writer of Elizabeth)
Looking ahead, we have a very busy November for the series with the release of the trade paperback (Nov 9th), the launch of Issue #7 (Nov 24th) and two major events…
