The first ever iphone app to convey the news in comics format, providing clickable links to sources and evidence cited. This app focuses on the dramatic events in Honduras between June and September 2009 that saw President Manuel Zelaya’s removal from power. Produced by John S. The app’s goals are to: present news coverage in an innovative visual medium; introduce readers to central american news, and why it matters in the US; and present some historical context to US involvement in the region over the last century.
