Comic Books Fans Make Comics by comiXology the First Comic Book App to be Inducted into Apple’s iPad Hall of Fame

New York, NY / April 13th 2011 – comiXology, the leading distributor of digital comics for the iOS, Android and Web, today announced its popular Comics by comiXology App has been inducted into the Apple iPad Apps Hall of Fame.

The Comics by comiXology iPad App launched a year ago with the first generation iPad and has become the defacto standard digital comics. Through iterations of the app (with more to come) and feedback from industry leaders and our dedicated community, comiXology has been able to deliver a product for everyone to use and enjoy.
