As we come towards the end of the year, I am going to be reflecting on the state of mobile comics and the changes we have had over the last twelve months. I will be looking at distributors, contributors and publishers
At this moment in time there seem to be two other contenders – Longbox and PanelFly
Regrettably, Panelfly do not seem to be available in the UK, even though they have assured me that it was ‘in hand’ and ‘on the way’ So I have never had a chance to have a go on their app.
Longbox have promised much and delivered little – hopefully 2011 will start for them better than 2010! As they did seem to have some solid ideas for an ‘iTunes of comics’
