As we come towards the end of the year, I am going to be reflecting on the state of mobile comics and the changes we have had over the last twelve months. I will be looking at distributors, contributors and publishers.
Image Comics were one of the first to get some real exposure from Comixology, and they now have their own standalone app. With titles such as Invincible, Fell and Astounding Wolf Man. With so many of these titles and many more on their app, Image have seemed to have done well.
Not only have they now their own app for Image and associated imprints, but they now have their own app for The Walking Dead, which must be especially popular after the success of the first season of the TV show.
With titles such as Haunt and Morning Glories being added to the list, Image are really doing well.
