Comixology have released an update to their iPhone app with the following points:
- They don’t recommend the update for 1st generation iPhones, iPads and iPods!
- IOS 4 Background support. The app will now stay open in the background for fast-switching (memory permitting)
- iPhone 4 Retina Support
- iPhone list view: Added a “Read” button that appears after downloads complete.
- iPhone list view: Added swipe to delete functionality to downloaded comics
- iPhone: Delete comic functionality fully restored to the app
- iPhone: Fixed crash bug in comic preview.
- iPhone: Fixed issues with downloads that could stall or fail on 3G
- Fixed iPad landscape rotation bug on launch, app was snapping into portrait upon startup causing potential crashes.
Comixology also mentioned that they have more to come for 2011 and stay tuned!
