The first infinite was centred on Nova, this latest version was based on leader of the X-Men and now leader of the Phoenix Force.
This was a good read, a rest from the main series and a chance to think. There were some nice points here, and possibly some game changing situations. The art is brilliant and perhaps better than the first. The use of the infinite canvas and transitions is very well done – although not as good as the first one.
Hopefully there will be some more to come of these, because these are really something to look forward to!
