A new Judge Dredd story inside!

My thoughts on this weeks 2000 AD

2007

That’s a great unique cover of Bill Savage by Tom Foster!

A new Judge Dredd story in The Cube Root of Evil, we get some flashbacks to Chaos Day and something more. It looks like a simple PR exercise, but as we get further into the story it looks like there is something more. It’s something related to Chaos day, but other than that….
Although it seems that Dredd should keep following his instincts!

After the big one in Flesh, Gorehead returns and thing are darker than they were before. It all starts out so much fun, as the teams celebrate, but then things rapidly get worse in this fresh-from-apocalypse wasteland. Welcome back!

Rogue Trooper really hots up in Hunted, with the Nort Team, the bounty hunter and Rogue all advancing on the traitor general. The Nort team aren’t doing too well, and it seems like the General has everything all planned out, the spoilers are being dealt with and as part of his deal, he want Rogue alive! Things seem to be taking a turn though as Rogue looks set for a fight!

Things looks bleak for Savage as he is caught up in the Marze Murders – and although it looks as though he is going to be able to get out of it all, it rapidly turns into a gunfight. It looks like Savage is getting an unlikely partner, but before that there is something else to deal with a sort of familiar foe!

Things don’t look good in Counterfeit Girl as Libra learns something about herself – something from herself! yes, there are currently two Libras and only one is the real one, and this makes sense in this world of ID theft. Its a well told story and things don’t look good for the Libra we know as she’s on her way to Sir Albion!
