Zuda April: Junito

Emilia is an imaginary character created by a highly creative artist that ends up in a accident. Her task normally is to help him recover old memories since he has gotten old and forgetful. Now in a coma, her world is thrown into darkness and she must find out why. He will re-live most of his memories in this state, as she tries to rid of the darkness. Emilia is his only hope.

Most of the Zuda entries try to squeeze in as much as possible into the 8 pages. Junito takes a different approach. With big panels and large text, this is a comic which I don’t have to squint to read at normal size!
The story is slow, but interesting – the synopsis give you more information than the comic. But the idea is sound. The art and colours match the tone of the comic and make it a joy to behold!
A brave experiment
