Wulf settle in to his new school, Abraxas Academy in Oz. However, a vicious attack on his peers leaves him one of few survivors. With the love of his life mortally wounded, Wulf must find a way to stop more people from dying. Meanwhile, Violet seeks to summon something hidden beneath Arcane Acre. Is this what Druanna warned Sela about?
Big monsters is what GFT does well, and here we have the mother of them (literally) after Wulf thought he had finished with the monster there is a return hinted at last issue! This takes us back to Arcane Acre and hints at the problem with having a Mad Hatter at the school – to be dealt with next issue! This works well as a lead up to that issue which has been hinted at for a while. Not to take anything away from this one though, which mixes action and heart just right!

In the midst of a skirmish with the Dark Horder, Gideon reveals himself as a traitor and wounds Britney… Malec faces a betrayal of his own when Venus turns him over to the Dark Queen, who orders Andre to kill him. Meanwhile, Sela’s team now holds weapons powerful enough to destroy the Dark Queen’s Blood Knights, but have they run out of time?
We are on the final leg of this year long tale, and the cracks are beginning to show from the mini series we’ve been treated with! With Cinderella making and appearance, as well as a link to the recent issues with the White Queen, Sela and the team take the battle to the Dark Horde. Just as things seems to be going better though, there is a threat of something more for them to face!
