Thoughts on this months Judge Dredd Megazine!
Terror Rising continues in Judge Dredd with the investigations into this terrorist threat seems to have baffled the Judges – they stop the small fry, but the big fish are no where to be seen! There is quite a lot going on in this part – with investigations, sex(?) and action all going on!
Demon Nic comes back from the dead and works his way into a trap – he knows he’s going into a trap, but does it anyway. Nic’s internal monologue is excellent as we get closer to the end of this tale. There are traps within traps though!!
The final part of Storm Warning: The Relic completes here and gives us an explanation of the who, what, how and when nicely! The art in this is perfect and I like the Raiders of the Lost Arc callout at the end!
Finally we get the final part (for now) of Lawless – Between Badrock and A Hard Place – It’s a shame to see this end, but it was an interesting ending. I will be interested to see how this series picks up again in the future. This story really added to the western feel!
