Judge Dredd: The Citadel by John Wagner (w) Dan Cornwell (a) Dylan Teague (c) Annie Parkhouse
We get an answer of sorts for the two Dredds. There is a lot of action going on in this issue, and I think we are nearing the end.
Brink: Mercury Retrograde by Dan Abnett (w) INJ Culbard (a) Simon Bowland
Into the depths of the Brink. I like the way this is told, with the unions and their links to the building work. There is some interesting aspects here, and I like the way the mystical is brought in.
Hope: In The Shadows by Guy Adams (w) Jimmy Broxton (a) Jim Campbell (l)
We get some good background into this seemingly cursed film. I like the way the story is told here, and we get the reason why Hope is going to take this job.
Intestinauts: The Bowel Impactors by Arthur Wyatt (w) Pye Parr (a+l)
Some new additions down in the sewers. I like the humour in this and the art is enjoyable. Just as things look up, they get worse!
Fiends of the Eastern Front: 1963 by Ian Edginton (w) Tiernen Trevallion (a) Annie Parkhouse (l)
We get deeper into the reasons for this, and I’m sure there will be more to find out. I like the action in here, and the due seem like they are stuck together for now. I love the art style here too.
